Requests to amend or cancel bookings should be made as early as possible. Changes and cancellations are handled in line with my Terms & Conditions.
Yes. I offer both regular and ad‑hoc bookings, subject to availability and suitability.
All bookings must be agreed in advance and are subject to availability. Care is provided based on the information supplied in your registration form and in line with agreed routines, permissions, and completed consents.
No. Enquiries do not guarantee availability. A booking is only confirmed once it has been agreed and, where applicable, payment has been received.
I’m based in Chelmsford and provide care across Great Leighs, Braintree, and surrounding areas. Availability may vary depending on location, timing, and the type of care requested.
