Cancellation Policy

Service Basis Services are provided on an ad hoc basis and tailored to the needs of each family. Care may include children, pets, or both, depending on the booking. Payment You will receive an invoice prior to each booking. A 10% deposit is required on receipt of the invoice and full payment is due within 14 days. Scheduling Please confirm your departure/return times and handover arrangements prior to the booking. Pre Booking is essential for weekday daycare due to limited availability. Equipment Parents/guardians and pet owners must provide all necessary equipment, including but not limited to: - For children: Clothing, bibs, nappies, wipes, buggy, car seat, etc. - For pets: Leash, collar, harness, food, cleaning supplies, etc. If additional items are needed, prior approval is required for reimbursement. Emergencies In the event of a medical or veterinary emergency, I will make every effort to contact you. If immediate care is required, I will act in the best interest of your child(ren) and/or pet(s) as per the signed Medical/Veterinary Release Form. All associated costs are the responsibility of the client. Notice of Unavailability If I am unable to provide care due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, I will give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice wherever possible. Liability While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of children and pets in my care: - I am not liable for any security breaches or property damage if third parties have access during the service. - Parents/guardians are responsible for any injuries or damage caused by their child(ren). - Pet owners are responsible for any injuries or damage caused by their dog(s). - I am not liable for any issues related to transporting children or pets. Transportation Transport is available if appropriate car seats are provided. I am not liable for any issues arising during transportation. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately. Confidentiality All personal information, keys, remote access devices, and codes will be kept strictly confidential and returned immediately at the end of the contract or upon request.
